Topper Pricing Policy

Please include your phone number in all e-mails so that we may call you back with a price. In accordance with most designer and watch company policies, we do not quote prices by email.

Topper’s Return Policy:

Returns on stock items are accepted for a period of two weeks after receipt. If you feel that you need a longer period of time to evaluate your watch or jewelry, or are planning on giving it as a gift and need a longer period of time, we can work out a longer period for you at the time of sale which will be confirmed to you in writing.

All Returns are Subject to the Following Conditions:

Condition

If you wish to return a watch or piece of jewelry, it must be in original unworn condition. Any scratches, damage, or other wear marks voids your right to return the item. We are very strict about this. Certain special orders items are not returnable. If your watch or jewelry falls into this category, you will be notified at the time of sale. This condition will be clearly printed on your receipt.

Trade In Sales

If you are trading in a watch or piece of jewelry once you have taken possession of the new item, the transaction is final and Topper Fine Jewelers normal exchange/return policy does not apply. The new item that is purchased is not exchangeable, or refundable.

Returns on Custom Items

Custom items, (examples include: Rings made up in a special size, watches with custom modification, or jewelry pieces ordered from in special sizes that we do not stock), are not returnable unless special arrangements have been made at the time of the sale. Deposits for special order items are not refundable. At Topper’s sole discretion, we may allow exchanges for an item or items of comparable value under certain circumstances.

Processing

For sales after 1/15/08, Topper will charge 3.5% of the sale amount as a processing fee for all returns that involve the use of a credit card. This fee will not apply to payments sent by bank wire or check. It also will not apply if you wish to exchange the item for an item, or items of comparable value.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER REQUIRED

A return authorization number is required to process your item. Please give us a call so we can review your item and shipping procedure so that the process will be safe and efficient.

No Interest Financing if Paid Within 12 months*

To apply for 12 months With Payments/Deferred Interest** with our partner G.E. Money Bank, Simply download 1) The main application 2) The 12 months with Payments/Deferred Interest document and fill out the application, and sign the 12 month promotional document. After reviewing both documents, please fax them to us with a cover letter to 650-348-8201. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL YOUR APPLICATION, as E-mailing personal information is not secure. Credit is subject to approval by G.E. Money Bank, and will be established by G.E. Financial. Certain exclusions may apply. Please call us before faxing an application so that we may review the price of any item and suitability of this promotion for an item that meets your interest.

*Terms, conditions, and certain exclusions such as loose diamonds and some brands apply. Financing requires approval of credit by G.E. Money Bank. Please read all documents below carefully to understand all terms and conditions.

*Offer Valid on Most Jewelry and Watches on purchases of $500 dollars or more with your Topper Fine Jewelers G.E. Luxury Card card made in September 2010. On promo purchase balance, monthly payments required, but no Finance Charges will be assessed if (1) promo purchase balance paid in full in 12 months from purchase date. For example a watch purchased on October 15th, 2010 must be paid in full by October 15th, 2011., and (2) all minimum monthly payments on account paid when due. Otherwise, promo may be terminated and treated as a non-promo balance. Finance Charges accrued at the Purchase APR will be assessed from purchase date. Regular rates apply to non-promo balances, including optional charges. Promo purchases on existing accounts may not receive full benefit of promo terms, including reduced APR if applicable, if account is subject to Penalty APR. Payments over the minimum will be applied as required by applicable law. As of 2-16-10 APR 28.99% & on all accounts in default, Penalty APR: 29.99%. Minimum Finance Charge $2.00

With Payments/Deferred Interest

Description: Minimum monthly payments are required during promotional period. Interest accrues during promotional period and will be assessed if promotional purchase balance not paid in full within promotional period.
