Upcoming Events: WindUP SF with Oris & Watch The Bay MeetUps with Nomos, Grand Seiko & Bremont.

The second edition of Worn & Wound's super-successful WindUP San Francisco watch fair is on fast approach – an event that's quickly become one of our favorite weekends on the calendar. Like last year, Topper will once again be setting up a collaborative booth with Oris, who are also reprising their role as the event's title sponsor.

If you've never been, we share the opinion of our good friend, and president of Oris North America VJ Geronimo that WindUP isn't another ordinary watch brand event, but a unique gathering that celebrates the stories, passion and friendships around which the watch community itself is able to revolve. The first WindUP really helped cultivate our relationship with the team at Worn & Wound, and we are thrilled that they are continuing their efforts to bring a host of brands that are normally never on display in the San Francisco Bay Area, while giving the collecting community a great chance to see old friends and make new ones. So expect another fun weekend full of like-minded enthusiasts, cool watches old and new, and yes – many of Oris' Baselworld novelties for you to see firsthand in the metal, including a few of our favorite pieces that we will have on display for the first time in California.

This includes the gorgeous new burgundy Big Crown Pointer Date, many of the new Aquis models, the new Diver 65 Chronograph, as well as the bi-color "bico" bronze and steel Diver 65 on its daring new three-link bronze bracelet. Like last year's popular giveaways, we also expect to again have some fun gifts for those who pre-order or purchase on-site inventory.

Still have questions about WindUP San Francisco? Head over to Worn & Wound for more information.

The now-annual Bremont Townhouse event in New York City was again filled with exciting new watches, but perhaps the most exciting novelty of them all was the announcement that our longtime friend and brand envoy Mike Pearson is back in the Bremont fold. Mike will be in-store at Topper presenting Bremont's exciting new Armed Forces collection produced in collaboration with Britain's Ministry of Defence, along with the newly refreshed Supermarine watches, and the hot new 10th Anniversary Martin Baker MBIII GMT. We'll be kicking off the 'California Townhouse' at 1:00pm on the 25th, giving everyone plenty of time to get some great wrist time with the new watches and catch up with Mike. Then at 5:30pm, we are hosting a Watch the Bay gathering with Bremont. We are incredibly excited about this event as many of our guests will be meeting Mike for the first time, and we are really excited for them to see his infectious spirit, and to learn about his experiences and love for Bremont.
